It provides clear, scenario-based explanations of each rating to support more aligned, fair, and confident performance evaluations across the organization, reinforced through whiteboard animation, voiceover narration, and music for engagement and retention.

This on-demand video strengthened organization-wide data literacy by helping employees understand how different roles use and communicate with data, establishing a shared foundation and common language for more effective, consistent decision-making. Positioned at the start of a Data Literacy Rise course, it builds early alignment and relevance by showing how data shows up across the business, supported through animation, voiceover narration, and music to increase engagement and retention.

This video was designed for an over-the-road transportation company's third-party associates.
